Due to the digital, educational, and proprietary nature of our content, all digital product sales are final.

Once access is granted or a digital product is delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of:

Personal expectations or satisfaction
Physical Products (Flashcards & Printed Workbooks)
Physical products purchased from Caring Casa™, including printed flashcards and workbooks, may be eligible for a return only if all conditions below are met.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Due to the educational and proprietary nature of these materials, opened, used, written-in, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing for Approved Returns

Live Events, Workshops & Webinars
Purchases for live or virtual events are non-refundable, including missed or unattended sessions.
If an event is canceled by Caring Casa™, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing digital content, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues; however, technical issues do not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please notify us within 48 hours of the transaction so we may investigate.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Caring Casa™ may result in:
